OUR STORY
Every parent knows the cycle. A kid outgrows a season of clothes overnight. The pile builds in the closet, the garage, the guest room. You mean to list it. You don't. Eventually most of it goes to Goodwill and you start buying all over again.
Six to nine months later, repeat.
Mini Swap's Co-founder Juley live that cycle daily with her two kids. Consignment offered pennies. Poshmark meant weekends of photographing onesies. Donation felt like a waste.
So she posted an Instagram story. A mom on the East Coast wrote back. Her son was just growing into James' size. Thuy shipped the whole pile. They kept swapping. They still keep in touch.
That's the version parents actually want. We just don't all have a sister, or a follower, or the bandwidth to find each other one DM at a time.
